LS Direct Supports Suffern PD Toy Drive.

Throughout the months of November and December, the LS Direct team purchased toys to donate to the Suffern Police Holiday Toy Drive. This annual event is a perennial favorite around the office and 2020 was no different. Remote team members took advantage of ecommerce so they could still contribute; the boxes were delivered up to the last moment.

The Toy Drive, which typically relies on community volunteers to sort through the toys, faced some challenges this year due to Covid-19. The Suffern Police Department and the Suffern Recreation Department, along with a handful of other volunteers, stepped up to make this a successful toy drive. The need was greater this year, but the donations came through. The Suffern PD was able to provide toys for almost 300 local families. Well done, Suffern.
