Responsibilities/Requirements
- Help create and refine marketing strategies for direct mail campaigns.
- Organize and manage mailing lists, including data entry and list segmentation.
- Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform campaign strategies.
- Coordinate the production, printing, and distribution processes for direct mail campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Attend team meetings to contribute ideas, provide updates, and learn from senior team members.
Skills
- Skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating documents, managing data, and preparing presentations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of fundamental marketing concepts and strategies relevant to direct mail.
- Basic experience with customer relationship management tools for managing and analyzing customer interactions.
- Ability to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for direct mail campaigns.
