- Expected Hours of Work: This is a Full-Time Summer position Monday-Friday for 10 weeks.

Responsibilities/Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Provide assistance to employees with IT-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner and escalate complex problems to senior IT staff.
- Help maintain and update company systems, including servers, workstations, and other IT infrastructure components.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and patch management.
- Assist in monitoring network performance, diagnosing connectivity issues, and supporting network configurations.
- Install, configure, and upgrade software applications as required by different departments.
- Ensure that all software is up-to-date and functioning correctly.
- Support data entry, data cleanup, and database management tasks.
- Assist with the setup, installation, and maintenance of hardware including computers, printers, and other peripherals.
- Assist in monitoring and enforcing IT security policies and practices.
- Help identify and mitigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Skills
- Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking concepts.
