Data Analysis Intern

- Expected Hours of Work: This is a Full-Time Summer position Monday-Friday for 10 weeks. This is a hybrid position after the first 2 weeks in-office work will be transitioned to 3 days in-office, and 2 days work remote.

Responsibilities/ Requirements
- Currently a rising senior pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for managing direct mail contacts and tracking campaign performance.
- Ability to create visual representations of data for presentations and reports.
- Strong attention to detail for ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and programming languages like Python, R and SQL.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira.
- Ability to analyze response rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Skills in managing and organizing large sets of direct mail campaign data for effective use and analysis.
- Experience with data entry, database maintenance, and list management.
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for creating reports, presenting data insights, and collaborating with team members.
